From the first waking minute of the day. There  is a battle going on around us and in us . From my own personal experiences...the most intense time of this battle is, that first moment in the  morning when my eyes open to the light of a brand new day. I have learnt  in how my  attitude is at the beginning of my day ...usually determines how the rest of my  day pans out.  Ideally, I would love to get up and pick up my bible and go straight into the Word of  God ...Whallah! There is a fussing and rustling here and there.... for me; my body many times..not feels like a crumpled shirt picked  up from the side of the bed and in need of a firm shake to un-crumple and align myself for the day.  Yep, that's me. It's happening quite often lately, ever since I past that 50 mark.  A strong dark cuppa Nescafe, no sugar ~ once upon a time, I loved my dunks of sugar in my coffee or tea. Now, I find. Well...body feels its bloaty afterwards....

Years ago when I was quite religious and young and learning in  the Faith of Christ.  Like a wild animal caught and having to be tamed and trained.  Egypt was inside. My mind was wild, unruly.  At the time, a single parent with three young children who were close in years. Struggling to support them and stay on the  path that GOD had put me on. It was't easy.  I saw many fellow single parents struggle in the same way as myself trying to make ends meet with the minimal allowance allotted to us by the state. I can't remember how much it was, but it wasn't enough to have the high life  thats for sure. It was enough to put some food on the table. Second hand clothing, the odd cheap bargain from one of the indian bazaars. You really had to juggle the pennies and stretch a pound  note as far as you could. Like a rubber band tauting as far as it could go. t The no name brands were my best friends. Second hand stores were a commo...

Destroy a man's faith,  You've destroyed his hope Destroy his hope.  He has lost his love. No love. No will to live. He loses vision, he loses heart. He dies. He is lost. Guard your heart and guard that which the Lord has entrusted in to you until the day of His coming. Stand firm and hold fast Do not let go of faith in God For by this, we please Him For the just shall live by faith. We must press on by faith and endure through to the end. Then our heavenly crown reward awaits. It will all be worth it to hear Well done thou good and faithful servant. Enter in... Joy awaits. Eternity is not far off.

I believe the most significant element lacking among believers towards one another and then towards the Lord Himself...is loyalty. The understanding of what loyalty means. Many ignore it. Pressuming to bypass having a loyal spirit...is cancerous. Now and then, it rears its ugly head. Then quickly slinkers back and hides behind the mask of hypocrisy. Hoping that it hadn't been detected. It takes a sharp and perceptive eye to see it. If you detect it. Do not trust that individual or group or ministry. For at its heart. It houses that same judas spirit that set up Jesus. The judas spirit will betray you with a kiss of death. Judas did preach. Judas in the early days was one of the early disciples who were sent out to cast out devils in His name.... Yet, because of that lack of Loyalty, and spirit of betrayal, he lost his place. So they can preach. They can teach. Oh so very well, and anointed too. It doesn't mean that everything is all honkey dorry. They'll stab others i...

What do you call a person who switches sides as often as they change their shitty underwear? Whose opinion, theology, beliefs about an organisation, person and  system changes like a merri-go-round... Can you actually follow someone like that? Now you got two confused knuckle heads... Running round like chickens without a head. Like shifting sands on a rolling sea shore.  With no sturdy foothold..... Worn down foundations....quicksands Loyalty is a byword, in fact...its a dirty word to their ears.  Its conviction. They are upset when others switches sides at them  Oh, but its okay for them to switch sides and still remain Pure and blame free in the eyes of their sheep-pulese. Sometimes you get to listening to a speaker, and its a honeymoon in the early days. Like, by Providence you have found others of like minded mutual foresight.  All goes well....and you enjoy the solidarity of others in the group system. All seeing the same as you and running t...

The alternative Christian sites are ablaze with adulations and victory congratulations for Mr Netanyahu. Trying inside to be joyful..why am I not altogether convinced.  In my experience of visiting many of the alternative Christian media outlets web.  I am going to boldly share my opinion here. Ninety nine percent of them are nothing more than   Big ass fakes and charlatans ! Their motives are generally not honourable. They feed their audience just enough to wet the appetite and tantalise so that the sheep hunger for more. Almost like a drug...or like those old time soap operas on the box. When the climax of the meaty part of the show starts. You just get so much and bam...show ends. Today is the second day that I have been in a bit of a tundry emotions and sadness. Mulling over a prophetic word that I heard earlier this week. At first it was a glorious and enlightening word of encouragement and hope. This sister, who is quite well known around on the internet Christian circuits had a large Facebook following and membership base. I have from time to time sought out her devotional 'tit bits' just to big my spirit up ...not that I am reliant on what she has to share, more like taking that extra vitamin pill in the morning for that added boost of spiritual zeal and exhortation to press on and remain optimistic.  Let's face it. Nowadays, its sometimes pretty difficult to keep a spiritually joyful and optimistic mindset. Seeing that we are literally swamped non stop with a glut of bad news everywhere.  I recently posted on my Facebook page..''I think I am bloody getting spiritually cynical in my older years''....didn't want to admit...
