Its been almost a month since I started this job working as a market research telephone interviewer. In the past I used to get overly too committed when I just started a job. So much so, that I guess, I allow myself to get caught up and distracted away from what is really important as a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ. Or as the new Testament originally called us believers. Followers of The Way. I like that description better than calling myself a Christian anymore.  Nowadays, telling others that I am a Christian. It doesn't have that much worth or meaning anymore. Not like years ago where it drew some measure of respect. Nowadays, anyone can say they're a Christian and do whatsoever they wanted. Such a shame really....

I am not sure what to put as a title for this post. So, for now I am going to leave it blank. Much things and perceptions have crossed my mind in the last few weeks and I am still going through the process of separating what is from GOD and what is just my imagination. One thing I have endeavoured to do and I am working on it. Being a regular attendee and visitor to the You Tube and Drudge report and other similar sites; I have had to be alert to what I have been putting into my 'eye gate' and eventually feeding my spirit and soul. There is such a glut of information out there. Much of it, seems to targeted at breeding a type of mindset and eventually fear. That type of fear that kills Hope for our eternal future. Maybe its just me. But that is how I see it. Every time I log on to the tube. I find myself meticulously pouring through the home site of my page and clicking ''not interested'' ...to alot of the conspiracy sites (recommended) that are related to w...

Early hours of the morning. I dreamt that I was standing on the shores of the sea. I do not know where the location is, and I am not going to assume the location. But it was a busy popular location.  As I stepped out into the shallows looking out into the horizon. I could not see anything that was unusual, just a clear blue sky and calm water.  Suddenly, fear and the instinct to 'RUN' gripped my soul and I immediately spun round and began to head in the opposite direction as fast as I could. People looked at me awkwardly but they turned and carried on with their holidaying and what not. Then, as I ran, I was suddenly pulled up high above the ground and from where I hovered...I saw it. The last couple of days I am feeling troubled and restless inside. The news about the 70 nations converging in Europe to decide the fate  of Israel. Not good at all. Prayers and lack of sleep feelings of what the outcome would turn out to be. God is not pleased at all. Lead to read out in prayer Psalm 83. Praying this conference turns into one of those turkish government meetings you see on you tube. Into a chaotic mixed brawl of no fruit. AMEN In the meanwhile, I must admit, I have been too fascinated with this new president elect Donald Trump. Interesting character. Full of promises and assuring to the masses that voted him in. There seems to be a body of  believers calling him the new Cyrus that would make America great again. How he is not part of the establishment etc. He has his own money and they are afraid of him. There are over 65 countries worldwide that are building high fences and walls around their borders. Their reasoning, to keep illegal migrants and drugs out. To protect their citizens and stay sovereign. etc, etc. Donald Trump's proposal is nothing new. The great Wall of China was erected for such purposes...Seems to me with all the technology out there to easily find and follow people, even from space..at the click of a button..enter a few key phrases and there you can find that group, or individual.  Unknowingly to that person, there every move is noted and watched from their smart devices. I guess a wall is a great idea... but when you learn of the reports of underground tunnels built between, for instance, Mexico and USA. 2017 came in quietly in my neighbourhood save for the faint sounds outside of fireworks going off in the distance.  I thought to myself the exuberance of New Years past was more louder and jolly but it seems and this is just my own perception; people don't seem to have that much hope left in them to celebrate this time of year as before.  Too quiet. Turned off the lights and began to settle down as best as I could.  Not that easy when you have a big heavy splint holding your entire arm in the bent and in frustration trying to adjust its straps to bring some comfort from the aches that follow. My life is right now on a temporary restricted hold. No more  job hunting, that's on hold. Even trying to pull up my trousers or to tie my shoe laces..worse even, to take a shower is an effort itself..peeling off the splint, then putting on a sling so my sick arm stays put while I get cleaned up.things that were taken for granted..a piece of cake..I remind myself every day that...
